Spending March Abroad!

March definitely was busy! It started with us, a few exchange students I have met, exploring Scotland. We started trying out new cafes and restaurants in the area. We recently tried an Alice in Wonderland themed café, which was completely amazing! The food tasted great, and their presentation was awesome.

We also did quite a bit of traveling. We started our travels by visiting Amsterdam with the ESN group. I absolutely loved it there, I think it’s fantastic that everyone rides there bikes everywhere!  It’s such a happy place too! Everyone is very friendly. We found an amazing café called the Corner Café. It was so good we ate there almost every day.

After Amsterdam we traveled to Dublin for St. Patrick’s Day! It was insane how busy the streets were. After the St. Patrick’s festivities, we explored all around Dublin. We saw St. Patrick’s Cathedral, went on a “Dracula Tour” (which was about Bram Stoker and the history of Dublin) and we visited the oldest pub in Dublin, The Brazen Head. It was built in the 11th century! The atmosphere there was truly outstanding.

During March, we also found our new hangout spot. A nice little pub called, “The Bobbin.” It seems appropriate since I am in a fashion program!

As of now, we are sitting in the airport waiting for our flight to Iceland! Stay tuned for my post about our trip to Iceland!

  1. That is the right weblog for anybody who desires to search out out about this topic. You notice a lot its virtually arduous to argue with you (not that I actually would need…HaHa). You positively put a new spin on a subject thats been written about for years. Great stuff, just great!
